Aamras is a very popular dish during mango season.
Mango pulp : 2 cup
Sugar : 2 spoons
Cardamom : 1
Milk : half cup
Saffron strands : few
Grind mango pulp, sugar , cardamom and milk to make a smooth paste. You can add saffron strands soaked in milk. Keep it in the refrigerator and serve cool.
It goes well with Puris.
